摘要: The aim of this work was to develop a suitable bioprocess maximize production second generation bio-ethanol in submerged fermentation by using fermentable sugars derived from oil palm frond (OPF) through the solid state (SSF) system. strain Saccharomyces cerevisiae selected, and conditions were refined at laboratory scale. Following optimization inoculums size S. concentration (growth medium), yields ethanol as high 23.10 g/ L obtained, compared 5.61 g/L before optimization. cells able assimilate majority OPF. results demonstrated that culture process can significantly influence yield flask system obtained enzyme hydrolysis OPF medium.
