摘要: Insulin-like growth factors (IGFs) regulate the autocrine/paracrine of neuroblastomas. The IGFs bind to specific binding proteins (IGFBPs) which modulate their biological activity. We investigated, by Western ligand blotting (WLB), presence IGFBPs and possible modulation retinoic acid (RA), IGF-I, IGF-II truncated Des(1-3)IGF-I in conditioned medium (CM) human neuroblastoma SK-N-BE(2) cell line. demonstrated two IGFBPs, with MW 37 kDa 25 kDa. Following immunoprecipitation, they turned out be IGFBP-2 -4, respectively. RA-induced differentiation cells was accompanied a marked reduction intensity both IGFBP bands after 48 h (32% 24% control, respectively) 72 (2% 0% incubation. addition exogenous IGFs, did not induce differentiation, change pattern significantly, except for form induced decrease incubation (45% 18% respectively). These findings suggest that have role cells.
