摘要: The explosive growth in brain imaging technologies has been matched by an extraordinary increase the number of investigations focusing on structural and functional organization brain. Human structure is so complex variable across subjects that engineering approaches drawn from computer vision, image analysis, graphics artificial intelligence research fields are required to manipulate, analyze communicate data. Central these tasks construction comprehensive atlases databases 3-dimensional maps, templates models describe how its component parts organized. Design appropriate reference systems for human data presents considerable challenges, since must capture function vary large populations, age gender, different disease states, modalities, even species.
