摘要: Splenosis is a pathology resulting from rupture of the spleen due to trauma or surgery. We report case patient presenting with splenosis, initially diagnosed as endometriosis-related pelvic nodules, most frequent cause nodules in women. will describe imaging strategy that led final diagnosis splenosis.
