摘要: — The irreversible photochemical fading of fluorescence acridine orange-heparin complexes indicates that involves the reaction a “reactive” excited bound dye dimer with one in ground state. A kinetic parameter, r“, is derived, which has constant value over considerable range conditions, and directly related to rate constants for photophysical processes. This parameter appears be characteristic heparin may serve identify it presence other glycosaminoglycans.
