摘要: Abstract This article describes green extraction methods: Supercritical fluid using CO 2 (SCF-CO ), ultrasound-assisted (UAE), microwave-assisted (MAE) and enzymatic hydrolysis, their process, the main disadvantages advantages in use fish oil from or fisheries processing waste briefly compared to traditional methods. Green methods allows improve yied, optimize innovate pretreatment procedures. Based on reviewed scientific papers most promising method is of supercritical , other described are still being developed.
