摘要: In paraplegic patients, shoulder complaints attributable to muscle dysbalances arising from the particular daily form of exercise are often observed. The goal therapy is correct these imbalances through muscular training, whereby eccentric might offer advantages due lower fatigue with concurrent higher maximum strength. This study therefore examines fatigue, strength, and suitability for paraplegics shoulder. Muscle isokinetic peak torque, EMG activity were determined (Ecc) concentric (Con) in 41 subjects (13 early rehabilitants; 16 trained wheelchair sports; 12 untrained). Serum CK, myoglobin, subjective pain collected one week after exercise. exercise, there was less all groups. Highest Ecc/Con torque ratio found movements, followed by untrained rehabilitants. EMG-activity compared (Ecc/Con < 1). CK myoglobin concentrations, like symptoms, showed a marked increase It concluded that strength patterns among altered. Eccentric offers on basis independent training status lesion time increasing duration paraplegia additional athletic training. However, structural damage can only be recommended reservations
