摘要: In this study we tested the reproducibility for torque measurements of shoulder musculature in subjects with spinal cord injury (SCI) on an isokinetic dynamometer. Ten motor and sensory complete SCI (ASIA A) were studied. The asked to produce maximal flexion/extension elbow, adduction/abduction internal/external rotation shoulder. They recruited four times - twice by two investigators separately which occasions three contraction modes (concentric, eccentric isometric) tested. intra class correlations isometric strength highest (range: 0.71-0.88). smallest real differences lower 5.5-21.4 Nm) comparison elbow 17.3-38.4 as coefficients variation, 4.4-19.4% 9.0-21.7%, respetively. This implies that less reproducible than those variation higher inter- intra-tester measurements. demonstrates among muscles most was obtained during effort rotators when these performed same experimenter.
