摘要: An approach is presented for flexible management of smart homes, covering both home automation and telecare. The aim to allow end users manage their homes without requiring detailed technical knowledge or programming ability. This achieved at three levels: managing components interactions, stating policies how the system should react events, defining high-level goals what user wishes achieve. component architecture based on OSGi (Open Services Gateway initiative). Policies are formulated in APPEL language (Adaptable Programmable Policy Environment Language), supported by ACCENT policy (Advanced Component Control Enhancing Network Technologies). At run-time, lead selection an optimal conflict-free set policies. These turn determine various events. paper closes with evaluation from points view functionality usability.
