摘要: Objective: One promising approach for a continuous, noninvasive, cuff-less ambulatory blood pressure (BP) monitor is to measure the pulse wave velocity or inversely proportional transit time (PTT), based on electrical and optical physiological measurements in chest area. A device termed IsenseU-BP+ has been developed measuring continuous BP, as well other data. The objective of this paper present results from first clinical evaluation with wide range patients. study was set up verify whether can be used raw signals sufficient quality derive PTT. Methods: test protocol, run 23 times 18 different patients nonalcoholic fatty liver disease, includes both supine measurement at rest during indoor cycling. Changes PTT were compared BP changes measured using validated reference sensors. Results: good 17 despite high diversity age, body shape, mass index. Evaluation cycling difficult due lack measurements. Conclusion : measures exercise could therefore suitable deriving noninvasive although limited inaccurate Significance: Continuous, would highly beneficial number settings. Systems currently considered gold standard investigation hypertension carry considerable limitations, which overcome by method proposed here.
