摘要: Questions: Why can invasive species sometimes genetically contaminate closely related indigenous by introgressive hybridization, resisting the post-zygotic isolating mechanism? How do recombination rates and epistasis among incompatibility genes, number of loci affect introgression? Features models: The individual-based model gamete-based model, which tracks changes in genes per gamete due to selection assuming random arrangement within gamete. Range key variables: rate between adjacent ranges from 0 0.4. epistatic effect is measured exponent geometric function heterozygosities representing individual fitness. It 1 (additive) 4 (strong epistasis). set 2–10 for model. Conclusions: Provided that not very small fitness F1 hybrid extremely low, complete genetic replacement hybridization accelerated an increase total across all loci.
