摘要: Abstract Spherical Yb 3+ , Er co-doped Y 6 WO 12 upconversion luminescence (UC) phosphors are prepared by the co-precipitation method. It is found that presented uniform spheres at a wide range of annealing precursors from 600 °C to 900 °C. With increasing temperature, particle size has no significant change, but surface changed smooth rough. Further, under 980 nm near infrared (NIR) excitation, intensity enhanced with heating attributing more incorporated into host. Notably, luminescent colors samples could be modulated changing temperatures. On process heat-treatment temperature 900 °C, emission was tunable orange green, which provides new channel achieve materials emitting different colors. At last, possible mechanisms involved were discussed.
