摘要: Abstract Yb 3+ /Er codoped CaY 4 F 14 materials with tunable upconversion (UC) emission were prepared by a high temperature solid-state method. Based on the UC luminescence properties investigations, it was found that, under 980 nm excitation, :Yb ,Er showed green–yellow–red changing composition of -Er dopants. It also that green and red emissions originated from two photon processes, ground-state absorption (GSA), excited-state (ESA) energy transfer (ET) processes between Er /Yb ions involved in upconverted mechanism. The measured lifetimes show strong dependence concentration.
