摘要: Abstract Up-conversion phosphors BaLa2ZnO5 co-doped with Ho3+/Yb3+ were synthesized by high temperature solid-state reaction method. The phase composition of the was characterized X-ray diffraction (XRD). structure BaLa2ZnO5: 0.75% Ho/15% Yb phosphor refined Rietveld method and results showed decreased unit cell parameters volume after doping Ho3+ Yb3+, indicating Yb3+ have successfully replaced La3+. Under excitation 980 nm diode laser, strong green weak red up-conversion emissions centered at 548 nm, 664 nm 758 nm observed, which originating from 5S2, 5F2→5I8, 5F4→5I8 5F2→5I7 transitions ions, respectively. optimum concentrations determined to be 15%, corresponding Commission International de L'Eclairage (CIE) coordinates are calculated x=0.298 y=0.692. related UC mechanism depending on pump power studied in detail. indicate that can an effective candidate for yellowish-green light emitter.
