摘要: The "spontaneous deterioration" of streptolysin has been studied by the methods already used in investigations oxidation-reduction blood pigments and lysins other bacteria. From results this study, it may be concluded that commonly observed consists conversion originally active lysin to a hemolytically inactive oxidation product. This process is reversible one, activity restored reduction.
