摘要: Objectives. In fibromyalgia syndrome (FMS) defined rehabilitation guidelines are yet to be validated. Our aim is evaluate the efficacy of Resseguier method (RM) in FMS. Methods. Forty-one patients were randomly assigned Interventional (22 pts) and Observational (19 Group (IG OG). The study lasted 8 months. Patients assessed at baseline (T0) after a 2-month (T1) 6-month follow-up (T2) (only IG) with SF-36 Physical (PSI) Mental Synthetic Index (MSI), Regional Pain Scale (RPS), Fibromyalgia Impact Questionnaire (FIQ), Number Rating Scales 0-10 measure pain, movement quality, sleep, relax ability, analgesics number/per week. OG maintained their lifestyle for duration study. RM aims obtain patient awareness control bodily perceptions, thus reaching modulation responses pain. Therapist controls attention perception by verbal manual contacts leads them perform respiratory active conscious movements. Results. IG, T1 all items improved: PSI MSI (p<0.001 =0.001), FIQ (p<0.0001), RPS (p<0.001), pain quality (p=0.001), ability sleep (p<0.001); week was reduced (p<0.001). All results obtained T1, except FIQ, T2. versus T0, no difference any parameters observed. Conclusion. FMS patients, improves HRQoL, FMS-related disability perceived reducing assumption analgesics.
