摘要: Objective To validate a translated Italian version of the Fibromyalgia Impact Questionnaire (FIQ). Methods The FIQ was administered to 50 patients affected by fibromyalgia (FM) (48 filled out questionnaire again 10 days later) together with Stanford Health Assessment (HAQ), Medical Outcomes Survey Short Form-36 (SF-36), and tender point count (TPC) obtained summing score (0-3) each tested thumb palpation. All were asked about severity pain today (10 cm visual analog scale) duration symptoms. Test-retest reliability assessed using Spearman correlations. Internal consistency evaluated Cronbach's alpha reliability. Construct validity correlations between HAQ subscales SF-36 as well TPC. Results mean symptoms 6.5 years age participants 57.4 years. 0.74 0.95 for physical functioning total other components. 0.90 overall FIQ. Significant items, SF-36. Conclusions is reliable valid instrument detecting measuring functional disability health status in FM.
