摘要: Objective Patients with fibromyalgia (FM) syndrome often report a cluster of cognitive disorders that strongly interferes their work and daily life, but the relationship between impaired function self-reported dysfunction remains unclear. We aimed to investigate presence impairments in patients FM analyze evaluation by through comparison group healthy controls. Methods In total, 30 controls performed neuropsychological clinical short-term, long-term, working memory; executive function; self-evaluation impairment depressive anxiety symptoms. To thoroughly function, we adopted Miyake model identifies 4 domains: shifting, inhibition, updating, access. Results Our results confirmed attention, long-term memory, shifting updating functions compared controls. These are reflected patient reports independently symptoms.
