摘要: The AKT protein is involved in the phosphatidylinositol-3 kinase signaling pathway and a vital regulator of survival, proliferation differentiation various types cells. Helicobacter pylori infection induces epithelial cell oxidative stress chronic gastritis. These alterations lead to telomere shortening, resulting activation telomerase. AKT, particular, activated by H. pylori-induced inflammation. then promotes expression human telomerase reverse transcriptase, which encodes catalytic subunit telomerase, activity, an essential component process carcinogenesis. increased gastric mucosa with carcinogenic properties associated low survival patients cancer. findings present study suggest that pivotal carcinogenesis progression.
