摘要: We propose a method for high-speed terahertz spectroscopic imaging that is based on electro-optic sampling with noncollinear geometry of the THz beam and probe laser has multistep mirror in path beam. made an system operates over 2.0-THz range enables sample region corresponding to (28 × 28)-pixel area sensor be imaged spatial resolution 1.07 mm frequency 0.079 THz. also show how proposed might extended faster imaging.
