摘要: The interaction of gender, culture, race and sexuality is a central dynamic to this article, which seeks move forward feminist debate on the benefits harms sadomasochist practices for women by applying critical postcolonial method world-travelling. article make novel contribution analysis consensual violence sadomasochism in law filtering issue through theoretical framework productively circumvent current analytical impasse area 'sex wars'.
