摘要: Abstract Using a conservation index as prioritization tool, we explore combining some protected areas and dividing others in order to optimally redistribute rangers when no additional financial resources are available. Then splitting achieve the optimal distribution of human if become We found that efficiencies can be achieved by ranger with low value indices high thus freeing move from valued areas. Another approach prioritizing resource budgets limited is return on investment. area divided cost managing area, prioritize where distributed could provide greater protection at different budget levels over other methods prioritization. The ROI Index, which measured per cost, outperforms most for goals study. Index however only came 4th method it protecting species abundance. three analyses offered new combine benefits costs resources.
