摘要: Abstract Basic 7S globulin from defatted soybean (var. Miyagishirome) meal was isolated the 0.5 M NaCl-soluble fraction by ion-exchange chromatography on CM-Sepharose CL-6B. The basic distinguished immunologically other proteins. SDS—urea gel electrophoresis of gave two kinds subunits ( , 16 000 and 26 000), designated as LMWS (low subunit) HMWS (high subunit), respectively, in presence a 2-mercaptoethanol (2-ME)-containing system. They only one intermediary subunit 42 000) without 2-ME. Two (H-I H-II) (L-I L-II) were separated polyacrylamide urea-acetic acid fractionated into components (designated 7S-I 7S-II) 7S-II comprising H-I L-I, H-II L-II, respectively.
