摘要: Changes in the reserve proteins of soybean seeds (Glycine max) were investigated by techniques disc electrophoresis and immunoelectrophoresis. Three different antisera used these studies, an anti-whole extract serum 129, anti-11S protein monospecific 102, anti-7S 132. At least 6 antigenically distinct components found to be present isolated bodies. These are metabolized at rates during germination. The major (11S component) is even after 16 days germination, whereas 7S component disappears ninth day. Histochemical observations cotyledon sections germination also reported.
