摘要: Engineering Culture grew out of an attempt to take seriously the conceptual and methodological requirements a cultural perspective on organizations. Briefly, book is critical ethnography large successful high-tech corporation lauded in popular managerial literature for its innovative postbureaucratic “corporate culture.” The corporate culture, official story went, drove company’s employees peaks performance personal self-actualization.
