摘要: The developmental pattern of rhodopsin phosphorylation in degenerative (rdle homozygote) and normal (rd/+ heterozygote) mouse retina has been investigated. results indicate that levels are comparable the 2 retinas up to about 10 days age but is not. substantially reduced during development. This abnormality may be an expression rd lesion. kinase/phosphatase system, G protein, visual pigment all involved modulation cGMP-phosphodiesterase activity retinas. A defect any these components could account for level retinas, resulting cGMP accumulation subsequent photoreceptor degeneration.
