摘要: This review presents the recent research in biocatalysis and biotransformation Brazil. Several substrates were biotransformed by fungi, bacteria plants. Biocatalytic deracemization of secondary alcohols, oxidation sulfides, sp(3) CH hydroxylation epoxidation alkenes described. Chemo-enzymatic resolution racemic alcohols amines carried out with lipases using several containing heteroatoms such as silicon, boron, selenium tellurium. Biotransformation nitriles marine hydrolysis epoxides microorganisms Brazilian origin biooxidation natural products Enzymatic reactions under microwave irradiation, continuous flow, enzymatic assays fluorescent probes reported.
