摘要: The new benzamide derivative [125I]iodosulpride is a highly sensitive and selective ligand for D-2 dopamine receptors displays very low nonspecific binding to membrane or autoradiographic sections. On images, are present not only in well-established dopaminergic areas but also, discrete manner, number of catecholaminergic regions which the innervation still unknown, imprecise, controversial, as sensorimotor cerebral cortex cerebellum. This widespread distribution suggests larger physiological pathophysiological roles than was previously thought.
