摘要: The dopamine neurotransmitter system has been of interest to neuroscientists since its discovery in the central nervous (CNS) 1960s using catecholamine histofluroescence techniques (Dahlstrom and Fuxe, 1964, 1965). A variety subsequent research techniques, including receptor autoradiography, have developed their application study (DA) provided us with significant information about how DA functions normal pathological conditions.
