摘要: Thirteen women who were scheduled for hysterectomy volunteered the study. Nine had a levonorgestrel-releasing intrauterine contraceptive device inserted between 36 and 49 days prior to surgery four on oral levonorgestrel treatment 7 surgery. After surgical removal of uterus, samples endometrial, myometrial, fallopian tube fat tissue obtained. Methods measuring concentrations developed uptake by in vitro was studied. In endometrium many-fold higher experiments showed rapid an unsaturability steroid at used. correlated with plasma concentrations.
