摘要: The theory of diffraction microscopy is completed and extended in different directions. In this two-step method image formation the object reconstructed by optical means from a diagram, taken coherent illumination with light or electrons. `projection method', originally described, `transmission recently proposed Haine Dyson, are two variants which can be treated one theory. Proc.ess formation, coherence requirements, conditions for good reconstruction discussed detail It shown that objects suffers some spurious detail, but largely suppressed `dark-field' reconstruction, illuminating wave cut out after it has passed through diagram.
