摘要: The brazing of ZrO2 ceramic to 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel and itself was performed using Ag57Cu38Ti5 filler metal under a vacuum 7 × 10-3 Pa. effects interlayer copper on the joint strength, temperature (1073 1323 K) holding time (0 60 min) strength were investigated. evaluated by shear testing. An interfacial reaction layer between found, products δ-TiO γ-AgTi3. improved suitable thickness. had strong influence ceramic, mainly controlled thickness properties products. maximum obtained for at 1123 K 30 min an ∼4.4 μm.
