摘要: This paper investigates the determinants of quality decision implementation. By drawing on a sample 116 firms located in Turkey, authors test whether features important team processes (i.e. trust and participation), organisation past performance) implementation its speed uncertainty) exert an influence with which decisions are implemented. Exploratory confirmatory factor analyses were used to validity measures, while path analysis was hypotheses testing. The results suggest that is positively related trust, participation performance, negatively uncertainty. implications these findings for theory, practice general management discussed.
