摘要: It has been shown that aberrant expression of a transcription factor, GATA-1, leads to maturation arrest and transformation erythroid cells. We previously reported multifunctional protein, YB-1, was expressed strongly in the spleen GATA-1 mutant mouse, which filled with transformed erythroblasts. This finding suggested YB-1 roles ery-thropoiesis. In this study, we examined vivo messenger RNA (mRNA) bone marrow cells leukemic cell lines. During differentiation lines, level mRNA highest at early phase then decreased. human cells, higher glycophorin A-positive than A-negative An interesting erythroblasts myelodysplastic syndrome-refractory anemia (MDS-RA) normal The findings functions stage erythropoiesis protein may induce hematological diseases such as MDS.
