摘要: It has recently been demonstrated that the protein tyrosine phosphatase (PTP) PTP1B and T-cell PTP (TC-PTP) target several substrates involved in immune cell signaling. Recent data have furthered view of these 2 members as key regulators response. This review will focus on substrate specificities TC-PTP their roles signaling, discuss some new implicating myeloid development.
