摘要: country on the relocation of people from parks to decrease conflicting interests wildlife conservation and local people. The goal such relocations is enhance threatened species like tiger. Another facet same issue which as important but not usually considered animals creating problems human lives in man-modified landscapes. common method dealing with latter causing problem. Animal human-dominated landscapes are different shapes, sizes intensities ‐ ranging a sighting potentially dangerous (leopards/snakes/elephants, etc.) attacks (by rabid dogs, aggressive monkeys, leopards or other wild animals). Over-population (over-populated zoos, captive facilities, rescue centres), feral cattle (raiding crops) dogs (attacking livestock) can also be categorised animal problems. Thus, stray leopards, snakes removed an area where they perceived problem released elsewhere almost never informing that releases taking place near their inhabitations. Figures relocated difficult come by, GSPCA (Gujarat Society for Prevention Cruelty Animals), Vadodara-based welfare organisation rescued 1000 snakes, ~100 monkeys ~40 raptors 2005 them into ‘good’ habitat.
