摘要: The objectives of this thesis are: the ex ante seismic risk evaluation for urban centers, disaster management and post damaged buildings after an earthquake. A complete review basic concepts most important recent works performed in these fields. These aspects are development new approaches which proposed s effectiveness management. Risk has been defined, purposes, as potential economic, social environmental consequences hazardous events that may occur a specified period time. In Chapter 3 thesis, multidisciplinary evaluation, takes into account not only expected physical damage, number type casualties or economic losses, but also conditions related to fragility lack resilience, favour second order effects when hazard event strikes centre. general method is multi-hazard holistic, is, integrated comprehensive approach whose objective guide decision-making.
