摘要: Background: Trachyspermum ammi is a plant of umbelliferae family and has been traditionally used in the treatment many gastrointestinal disorders such as indigestion, colic, diarrhea. Our previous study demonstrated that aqueous extract reduced contractile activity rat's ileum. Aims: This was designed to examine effect essence on acetylcholine-induced contraction isolated Materials Methods: In this experimental procedure, tissue samples were suspended from transducer lever mounted organ bath containing Tyrode's solution. Isotonic responses recorded by using an isotonic amplitude contractions. process induced cumulative logarithmic concentrations acetylcholine before after exposing saline different essence.
