摘要: Reconstructive procedures were investigated in meniscal lesions 25 rabbits. Large defects repaired with either a synovial flap or carbon fiber implant. Fibrous tissue healing occasional areas of fibrocartilage occurred after both types reconstruction. When fibers used the ingrowing fibroblasts showed directional orientation.
