摘要: Land plants can grow to tremendous body sizes, yet even the most complex architectures are result of iterations same developmental processes: organ initiation, growth, and pattern formation. A central question in plant biology is how these processes regulated coordinated allow for formation ordered, 3D structures. All elementary first occur early embryogenesis, during which, from a fertilized egg cell, precursors all major tissues stem cells initiated, followed by tissue growth patterning. Here we discuss recent progress our understanding this phase life. We consider cellular basis multicellular development focus on genetic regulatory mechanisms that direct specific steps embryogenesis.
