摘要: Considerable progress has been made in understanding the influence of physical and genetic factors on patterns cell division various model systems. However, how each these directs changes subcellular structures remained unclear. Generic machineries for execution expansion have characterized, but are influenced by regulators properties remains an open question. To a large degree, complexity growing post-embryonic tissues lack precise predictability prevented extraction rigid correlations between future orientation division. The Arabidopsis embryo offers exquisitely predictable simple studying such correlations, so far tools methodology early lacking. Here, we describe set markers to visualize range embryo. We designed series fluorescent cellular reporters optimized embryos, demonstrate effectiveness using ‘ACE’ with three-dimensional imaging procedures that preserve delicate structures. ontogeny find central/peripheral polarity is established much earlier than suspected. In addition, show actin microtubule cytoskeleton distinct topologies These methods will allow detailed analysis events reorganization underlie morphogenesis
