摘要: Ti (C,N)-TiB2-Al2O3 multiphase ceramic coatings were in-situ synthesized on a steel substrate by SHS reactive arc spray technique. The composition and microstructure of the characterized X ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy energy dispersive spectrometry. results showed that coatings, composed TiB2, TiB, TiC0.3N0.7, TiN, Al2O3 AlN, can be prepared with cored wires spray. exhibit typical layer microstructure, discrete second phases distributed in continuous base phase. bonding strength between coating is 18.9MPa. micro-hardness elastic modulus are 4.91GPa 461.4GPa, respectively. abrasion resistance 3 times more than substrate.
