摘要: Abstract Multi-phase ceramic composite coatings of TiB 2 –TiC–Al O 3 , with an intermetallic phase TiAl were developed by combining self-propagating high temperature synthesis (SHS) reaction pre-placed TiO B 4 C and Al powders subsequent laser coating the products SHS onto AISI 1020 steel substrate help a power diode (HPDL).
