摘要: There are currently four needle biopsy methods for obtaining tissue from patients with possible diffuse liver disease or cancer. These include percutaneous blind biopsy, a visually guided at laparoscopy, fine-needle biopsies ultrasonography computed tomography, and the transvenous biopsy. We others have found technique to be safe, relatively cheap, highly accurate in diagnosis of Blind should reserved diffuse, noncancerous, disease. Guided laparoscopy can done if other two fail give diagnosis. The approach is useful coagulation disorder.
