摘要: Liver dysfunction is a frequent early complication of bone marrow transplants, occuring in over 80% recipients HLA-identical transplants.1,2 Findings range from abnormal liver biochemical tests to coagulation abnormalities, ascites and hepatorenal failure. The most common causes (<100 daya) post-transplant are acute graft-versus-host disease (GvHD), intrahepatic veno-occlusive (VOD), drug-induced abnormalities infections.3–5 We discuss aetiology, pathogenesis, diagnosis, treatment prevention these disorders.
