摘要: A simple, rapid and semi-automated method for the determination of inorganic, organic total phosphorus in lake river sediments is described. Total extracted from with 1 N hydrochloric acid after ignition at a high temperature (550 °C) or by digestion sulphuric acid-potassium persulphate 135 °C sealed PTFE-lined Parr bomb. Organic determined difference content extract measured before dry 550 °C. In all instances orthophosphate using standard Technicon AutoAnalyzer II techniques. The interferences caused silica variable concentrations on have been studied. Freedom under chosen experimental conditions as well good results obtained recovery precision indicate that methods are suitable monitoring sediments.
