摘要: Methods of treating cancer or enhancing sensitivity to therapies, including immunotherapies by increasing tumor mutation burden, are provided. The methods use therapeutics directed against DNA polymerase proofreading and/or mismatch repair enzymes such as MLH1, MSH2, MSH6 PMS2. can be used alone, in tandem combination with other particular immunotherapies. Also provided antisense targeting enzymes.
