摘要: The present invention relates to a method for preparing lithium iron phosphate nanopowder coated with carbon, including the steps of (a) mixture solution by adding precursor, an precursor and phosphorus in reaction solvent, (b) putting into reactor reacting prepare amorphous nanoseed particle, (c) heat treating particle thus carbon on portion or whole surface prepared above method. A secondary battery as cathode active material has good capacity stability.
