摘要: A mixed aqueous solution, in which a phosphorus source such as H3PO4, divalent Fe compound FeSO4·7H2O and an oxidant H2O2 are at predetermined ratio, is prepared. pH regulating agent having of 6-9 (preferable 6.5-7.5) introduced into the thereby increasing solution to 1.5 or higher within 60 seconds producing FePO4 sediment powder. This powder filtered, cleaned dried so be formed powder, then synthesized with lithium Li(CH3COO), obtaining LiFePO4. An electrode active material mainly composed this LiFePO4 used for positive (4) secondary battery. Consequently, there provided: method iron phosphate, by phosphate form fine particles uniform particle size distribution can easily obtained; obtained using production method; phosphate; battery contains electrode.
