摘要: A sorption and an elution experimental method were developed tested for the determination of solute capacity factors in pure water as mobile phase reversed-phase systems. The values determined by are generally higher than those method, but two types strongly correlated. These correlations may be used corrections to suit either chromatographic or conditions. The logk′ dependencies on methanol concentration adequately described quadratic equations various pesticides over a range compositions from 2 90% water, extrapolation zero yields systematically lower extrapolated factors,k′H2O. depend experimentalk′ concentrations data points, neither linear nor yield correctk′H2O values. accuracy predicted extrapolatedk′H2O improves approaches zero, time difficulties increase simultaneously. predictedk'H2O low can improved using with thek′H2O experimentally. correlation set (at least three) standard compounds apply only given sorbent.
